- KPI Trending Indicators: New up/down trend arrows with color coding (green for positive, red for negative changes)
- Shared Components: CS Analytics now uses the same powerful table and detail views as Case Report
- Better Drilldown: Enhanced ticket drilldown with AI prompt columns support
