Case Report Enhancements

  • Export Column Reordering: Drag and drop to reorder columns in export dialogs
  • Multi-Format Export: Choose between CSV, Excel, and PDF export formats
  • Improved KPI Cards: Cleaner layout with 5-column grid display

CS Analytics Improvements

  • KPI Trending Indicators: New up/down trend arrows with color coding (green for positive, red for negative changes)
  • Shared Components: CS Analytics now uses the same powerful table and detail views as Case Report
  • Better Drilldown: Enhanced ticket drilldown with AI prompt columns support
