Customize SuccessBridge to match your workflow and connect with external systems through the Settings area.

Accessing Settings

Team Settings

Configure settings for your team:

  1. Select your team from the team selector
  2. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  3. Choose configuration category

Personal Settings

Manage your individual preferences:

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Update personal preferences

  • Khoros Community Connection: API credentials and endpoints

Presentation generation configuration:

Tokens

Manage API access:

  • Ephor AI Tokens: Brainlift/Ephor API keys
  • Google OAuth: Google Slides access tokens
  • Community API: Khoros API credentials

Theme Carriers

Configure presentation branding:

  • Add Google Slides theme presentations

Templates

Manage presentation templates:

  • View all templates

Email Integration Settings

Email provider configuration:

  • Provider Selection: Choose Resend, SMTP, or other

Integration Setup

Connecting Khoros Community

Prerequisites

  • Khoros Community Admin access
  • API credentials or OAuth token
  • Community instance URL

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Signals
  2. Click "Add Community Connection"
  3. Enter community URL
  4. Provide API credentials
  5. Test connection
  6. Save configuration

Multiple Communities

Connect multiple instances:

  • Add separate connection for each community
  • Label connections clearly
  • Map to different customers if applicable

Google Account for Deck Studio

Authentication

Connect Google Workspace:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Deck Studio > Tokens
  2. Click "Connect Google Account"
  3. Authorize SuccessBridge
  4. Grant access to Google Slides
  5. Confirm connection

Permissions

Required Google permissions:

  • Create presentations in Google Slides
  • Read presentation data
  • Share presentations
  • Create folders in Google Drive

Email Provider Setup

Using Resend (Recommended)

  1. Sign up for Resend account
  2. Generate API key
  3. Verify your sending domain
  4. Add API key in Settings > Integrations
  5. Test email sending

Using SMTP

Configure custom SMTP:

  1. Collect SMTP credentials from provider
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Select "SMTP" as provider
  4. Enter host, port, username, password
  5. Test connection

Ephor AI Configuration

Connecting Brainlift

Link your Ephor AI project:

  1. Obtain Ephor API key from Brainlift
  2. Go to Settings > Deck Studio > Tokens
  3. Add "Ephor API Key"
  4. Select your Ephor project
  5. Configure custom instructions

Custom Instructions

Tailor AI analysis:

  • Define analysis perspective (growth-focused, risk-aware, etc.)
