Getting Started
Prerequisites
Before using Deck Studio:
- Google Account: Connect your Google Workspace account
- Data Sources: Ensure Signals and Case Reports are configured
- Ephor Project: Set up your Brainlift/Ephor AI project
- Templates: Create or choose existing templates
Creating Your First Presentation
Step 1: Navigate to Generate
Go to Deck Studio > Generate from the sidebar.
Step 2: Select Template
Choose a presentation template:
- Customer Business Review
- Executive Summary
- Community Health Report
- Support Performance Dashboard
Step 3: Choose Customer/Data Source
Select the customer or data range:
- Pick from your Signals accounts
- Set time period for metrics
- Choose specific communities or products
Step 4: Configure AI Analysis (Optional)
Customize Ephor AI settings:
- Select Ephor project with custom instructions
- Enable Council of Ephors for multi-perspective analysis
- Set analysis depth and focus areas
Step 5: Generate
Click "Generate Presentation":
- Job is created and queued
- Data is pulled from sources

- Slides are created in Google Slides
- Link to presentation provided when complete
Viewing Generation History
Track your created presentations:

- View all generation jobs
- Click to open presentations in Google Slides
