Navigating SuccessBridge

SuccessBridge organizes features into four main modules accessible from the sidebar navigation.

Platform Layout

The left sidebar provides quick access to all modules:

  • Central Support: Case Reports and CS Analytics
  • Signals: Community analytics and metrics
  • Deck Studio: Presentation creation and templates
  • Email Campaign: Campaign management and newsletters
  • Settings: Team and integration configuration

Team Context

Your current team is displayed at the top of the sidebar. If you're part of multiple teams, you can switch between them using the team selector.

Module Overview

Central Support

Access customer support tools:

  • Case Report: Main dashboard for ticket management
  • CS Analytics: Deep dive into support metrics

Signals

Navigate community analytics:

  • Dashboard: Overview of community health
  • Accounts: Customer-by-customer analytics
  • Export: Download data for external analysis
  • Business Reviews: Automated customer review generation

Deck Studio

Create and manage presentations:

  • Generate: Create new presentations
  • Templates: Manage slide templates
  • Jobs: View generation history
  • Settings: Configure themes, tokens, and integrations

Email Campaign

Manage email communications:

  • Campaigns: Create and send email campaigns
  • Newsletter: Public signup forms and subscriber management
  • Lists: Organize contact lists
  • Templates: Reusable email templates

Quick Actions

Most pages include quick action buttons in the top right:

  • Create/Add: Start new items (cases, campaigns, templates)
  • Filter: Narrow down data views
  • Export: Download data or reports
  • Settings: Configure module-specific options

Search and Filtering

Use the search bar at the top of data tables to quickly find:

  • Specific tickets or organizations in Case Reports
  • Customers in Signals
  • Templates in Deck Studio
  • Campaigns or contacts in Email Marketing

User Menu

Click your profile icon in the top right to:

  • Access your personal settings
  • Switch between teams
  • View documentation
  • Sign out

Tips for Efficient Navigation

  1. Keyboard Shortcuts: Use browser shortcuts to navigate quickly
  2. Bookmarks: Bookmark frequently accessed pages
  3. Multiple Tabs: Open different modules in separate browser tabs
  4. Breadcrumbs: Use breadcrumb navigation to move up in hierarchy
